Black Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

7 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
10 oz canned blackberries in fruit juice
6.5 fl oz Milupa lp Drink
2 tsp vanilla essence
4 tsp clear honey

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Sieve out the seeds and thoroughly chill before serving.

Makes approximately 24 fl oz.
