MEMBERSHIP TERMS
Individuals may become a member ("Member") of MySpecialDiet.com ("MySpecialDiet.com" or "Site") by joining the Site. Membership is free.

MEMBER OBLIGATIONS
a. Abide by the "Terms And Conditions" posted on the Site, which are incorporated by reference and constitute a part of MySpecialDiet.com's agreement with you;
b. Maintain the security of your user identification, password and other confidential information relating to your MySpecialDiet.com membership account;
c. Be responsible for all charges resulting from your use of the Site (e.g. the MySpecialDiet.com Shop) including any unauthorized uses, unless you take steps to prevent its further occurrence by changing your password; and
d. Update your personal information, including e-mail address and billing information.

CANCELLATION
A member may cancel anytime A member may cancel as follows:
- By e-mail: Send an e-mail to customerservice@shsna.com indicating in the message your intent to cancel. Be sure to include your first and last name and user name. Please note that we will not accept or open e-mail communications with attachments.
- By mail: Send a brief letter, including your first and last name, user name and e-mail address, and mail it to: SHS North America, P.O. Box 117; Gaithersburg, MD 20884 Attn: Member Services.
- By telephone: Call SHS North America toll-free at 1-800-365-7354 and ask for the MySpecialDiet.com staff.

MySpecialDiet.com may cancel your membership pursuant to the Terms and Conditions.
