TERMS AND CONDITIONS



SHIPPING

1) All products for SHS are shipped with a signature required for delivery, with no exceptions.

2) Inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Insist that visible damages be indicated on your copy of the freight bill of lading, in case of damage notify SHS Customer Service at 1-877-482-7845

3) Any shortages, errors or damages must be reported to SHS Customer Service within 30 days of delivery.

PRODUCT RETURNS

1) Please contact Customer Service (toll free 1-877-482-7845) for a return authorization number. Do not return product without prior SHS authorization.

2) SHS will only accept product returns that meet the following conditions:
a. Product must be returned to SHS (three) 3 months prior to expiration date.
b. All cases are complete, intact and in good condition.
c. Product must be repackaged in an outer box with packing material.
d. No additional markings or labels have been added to the case or product.
e. Lot number of returned product is the same a lot number originally shipped.
f. Authorization for return has been granted by SHS and the RMA number is visible on the outside of all returned packages.

3) The customer shall pay all shipping charges for returned product to SHS, unless the nature of the return is due to SHS error.

4) Credit will be issued on returned product after receipt and inspection by SHS personnel.

5) A 20% restock fee will be charged for product returned. Customer will be notified of any re-stocking charges when return is authorized


Note: In the unlikely event that a product appears unfit, please follow the directions in paragraph number 1 above, and return the product in its present condition at our cost.


*Please note all consumer goods sales are final. Loprofin products are consumer goods and are not returnable.
